本协议是您（以下简称“用户”或“您”）与本APP（以下简称“本产品”或“开发者”）之间关于下载、安装和使用本产品的法律协议。
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and this app (hereinafter referred to as “the Product” or “Developer”) regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the Product.

Please read this Agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Product.

1. 概述 / Overview

本应用（以下简称“本产品”）非常重视用户的隐私。本政策旨在说明我们如何处理您的个人信息。
This application (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”) values your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

2. 数据收集与存储 / Data Collection and Storage

本地运行：

本产品是一款纯本地运行的工具类应用。您的所有操作（包括但不限于图片处理、文件转换、数据分析）均在您的设备上完成。
Local Execution: The Product is a locally-run utility. All operations (including but not limited to image processing, file conversion, and data analysis) are performed entirely on your device.

不上传数据：

我们不会将您的任何文件、照片或操作记录上传到任何远程服务器。
No Data Upload: We do not upload any of your files, photos, or activity logs to any remote servers.

无后台收集：

我们不会收集、上传或分享您的任何个人识别信息（PII）。本产品不包含广告、分析或跟踪 SDK。
No Collection or Tracking: We do not collect, upload, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The Product contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

3. 账号与购买 / Accounts and Purchases

无 App 内账号要求：

本产品不提供 App 内账号，也不集成“使用 Apple 登录”（Sign in with Apple）。会员购买和恢复购买由 Apple 的 App Store / StoreKit 系统处理。
No App Account or Sign in with Apple: The Product does not provide an in-app account and does not integrate Sign in with Apple. Membership purchases and restores are handled by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit system.

Apple 账户付款认证：

本应用使用 Apple 的 App Store / StoreKit 服务。购买或恢复时，Apple 可能要求您在系统 App Store 购买界面中使用 Apple 账户（Apple ID）完成付款认证。认证完全由 Apple 处理，本应用不会获取您的 Apple 账户标识、姓名、邮箱、密码或身份令牌，只在本机读取经 StoreKit 验证的交易和权益状态。
Apple Account Payment Authentication: The app uses Apple’s App Store and StoreKit services. During purchase or restore, Apple may require you to authenticate with your Apple Account (Apple ID) in the system App Store purchase sheet. Authentication is handled entirely by Apple. The app does not receive your Apple Account identifier, name, email address, password, or identity token. It only reads StoreKit-verified transaction and entitlement state locally.

4. 第三方服务 / Third-Party Services

本产品不包含任何第三方广告 SDK 或数据分析工具。
The Product does not contain any third-party advertising SDKs or analytics tools.

5. 权限说明 / Permissions

本产品仅在您主动选择文件或文件夹时，通过 macOS 系统选择器访问相应内容。截图功能仅捕获本应用自己的窗口；在 macOS 14.0–14.3 上，兼容性截图路径可能触发系统“屏幕录制”权限提示。所有图片、截图和处理结果均保留在本机，只有在您主动要求时才会保存或复制。
The Product accesses files or folders only after you select them through the macOS system picker. The screenshot feature captures only the app’s own window. On macOS 14.0–14.3, the compatibility capture path may trigger the system Screen Recording permission prompt. All images, screenshots, and processed results remain on your device and are saved or copied only when you request it.
